After receiving a faulty / unsatisfactory item and going back and forth via emails for days and providing a video as requested, I was told returns are to be paid by me and not covered by the company and that the problem should get better with time - not good enough. Ridiculous considering the item is not up to standard. It's not the first time customer service was way below average.
