Lieferungen sind grundsätzlich zuverlässig und schnell, aber das Bonusprogramm ist inzwischen eher Verarsche. Die Produkte an sich schmecken zu 50% wirklich nicht gut, der Rest ist oft gewöhnungsbedüftig, wenige schmecken wirklich lecker, was absolut kontraproduktiv ist für das Verkaufsargument: mehr Trinken. Die Verpackungen der Würfel gehen außerdem sehr schlecht auf und oft zerfallen die Würfel in der Verpackung noch lange vor dem Verfallsdatum.
