My experience with Waterdrop thus far has been fantastic! However, given the fact that you ship quite delicate products such as porcelain and glass cups, etc. all over the world, I'd recommend looking over the overall packaging (as in the back box that contains all ordered products). I fully understand you can't be held accountable for how the package is handled during its travel, but my deliveries have clearly taken a few bumps and have all shown signs of being somewhat mishandled. I've been fortunate to not have any of my items broken, but somehow it feels like it's just a matter of time, so perhaps a sturdier box would be preferred in the future, or at least some stickers warning of delicate objects inside.
