I like their products very much but the delivery takes for ever or it gets lost in tranzit, first time i waited almost a month for my products and just when i asked for a refund they asked me to wait and sent me the products after another week, second time i asked where my products are because i was so excited to get the new ones they asked me to review here but they said they were lost again and started a refund i never even asked for and now i am waiting for my last order and i say last because i am tired of waiting and getting disappointed because i don't get my products and i am not even asked if i want a refund before they start one just like that. I only ordered this time because i wanna taste the snow ones but that's it. I am showing a picture of the ones i got after almost a month which i like very much. Waterdrop has awesome products but very bad service.
