Nous avons été très déçus par le service commercial. C'est la troisième fois qu'on commande, tout allait bien sur les deux premières commandes mais cette fois-ci nous avions commandé assez pour avoir deux cadeaux (pailles et dessous de verre), et nous n'avons rien reçu. En contactant waterdrop par mail on nous a dit qu'on ne pouvait rien pour nous et qu'ils avaient trop de commandes pour s'occuper de nous envoyer des cadeaux séparément... Ça nous a coupé l'envie de commander à l'avenir.
