Le contenu de la commande était très bien.
Cependant, le site mobile n’est pas intuitif. Je souhaitais utiliser un coupon de réduction et à aucun moment cela n’a été possible dans le parcours client.
Lorsque j’ai fait une réclamation, pas de solution acceptable n’a été proposée, ils n’ont même pas pris la peine de répondre à mon 2nd mail.
