Incomplete bestelling ontvangen. Een week na mijn e-mail pas antwoord gekregen. Ze kunnen me niet helpen zonder een foto van de bestelling. Geen idee wat daar de meerwaarde van is als er een ding mist. Inmiddels zelf op vakantie dus niet in de gelegenheid om een foto te maken. Ik kan dus pas over een paar weken verder gaan over mijn incomplete bestelling. Helaas is het ding dat mist een tijdelijk iets dat tegen die tijd uitverkocht is. Zeer ontevreden over deze afhandeling.
