Love the ideas and the product. All really innovative and refreshing!
Just having a little trouble with deliveries - despite downloading their app and stating that parcels should be left in enclosed front porch, Parcelforce return deliveries to the Post Office if you do not answer the door. This means a 24 hour wait and a special trip to pick up the order each time, trying to think how to resolve this issue.
