I really love the product, I just feel that the customer service could use a little work, I made an order which was never delivered to me, it took several months to get a refund, I did ask for the products just to be sent again to me and they refused, they did give me £5 off my next order but it wasn't about the money, I just wanted the products I had ordered without the hassle
