Generally good customer service - I have made several orders from waterdrop so far and have had no complaints with what I have received. Recipticals have all been sturdy and practical. From a product development perspective, despite being lower plastic, please consider selling your drinks cubes in a no-plastic option for home consumption(the cardboard sleeves should suffice for delivery), or investigating the new range of bioplastics that are increasingly available. Please also widen the options for returning the (albeit small) pieces of plastic packaging for recycling.
