Then go through an extremely unnecessary lengthy return process to get a refund. Getting my money back took two months, countless emails and was like squeezing blood from a stone. There are many nicer bottles and accessories from easier and reputable companies like Camel. Wouldn’t ever waste my time with this company again. And I definitely wouldn’t trust their cubes of water flavour, looks like poison to me. Just add a slice of fruit to your drink.
