This is the second water drop order.
The first one was great
This last order all the pods were crumbly with a 3 month expiration date. I contacted CS they told me they’d send a replacement when the new batch is ready. 1 week later I receive the replacement order. Same batch number, same crumbly pods and same expiration date. When I contacted CS about the replacement they gave me a different excuse. It was exhausting
