Would give a zero if I could! Do not use this company or any of its branches!! Customer service absolutely appalling with discourteous rude staff who simply do not care nor know how to speak to customers. They also do not deliver on time. Order placed 2 weeks ago and did not arrive on time and despite numerous requests for assistance they refused to help. I have just found out they have now cancelled my order as apparently ‘I’ was rude? Hilarious given how their staff seem to treat customers. I sent a complaint through an in line with their shocking culture they have not even bothered to acknowledge. Looking at the reviews on here and other sites they clearly don’t care about improving their service or listening to customer feedback! Disgusting way to treat paying customers. Needless to say we will advise our local village consortiums to avoid at all costs.
