Ordered oil through a broker (Boiler Juice) who allocated the order to Watsons Fuels The delivery date came and went and no oil Phoned supplier who didn't seem to know where the oil was unless it was out for delivery on that day and every day I phoned it was not out for delivery Had promises of phone calls and emails when they knew the answer to my question and guess what no phone call or emails were forth coming I have now given up and I'm going to phone the firm I normally use and pay for an emergency delivery If the emergency oil turns up before the Watsons order I will cancel with the broker but apparently very unlikely to get my money back any time soon as other reviews seem to suggest We live and learn
