A lovely stay but was really put off by the extreme waiver you have to sign before arrival. Did not make for a welcoming start to the holiday & made you fearful that you were constantly going to do something wrong throughout your stay. An awful lot of rules & regulations around the accommodation-including you are not allowed to put glasses in the dishwasher, which I found absolutely bizarre! You are also asked to sign in the disclaimer that your hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night & you cannot complain. I thought this unreasonable for a 3 night stay, as it happened the hot tub was perfect but I think it’s an unreasonable ask when you have paid additional extra for a hot tub & then they make you sign a disclaimer that you are not able to complain or they won’t give you access to the accommodation.
