The road leading down to the River Center is not fit to tow a caravan down, I drove down at 15 mph with the caravan with grass and other objects brushing along side the narrow road. This was several miles and had supposed passing places. The pitch I had wasn't big enough, the hedges surrounding it were overgrown and unkept, they were brushing up against the caravan on one side and the awning on the other. therefore there was nowhere to sit out . My vehicle had to be parked in front of the van so blocking my view. We were parked on the end next to the building with toilets showers etc and waste emptying point was around 30 feet from the van. this was a very unpleasant area the actual waste emptying point was virtually on ground level so you had to bend down to empty your loo, instead of it having a nice deep funnel bowl it was virtually flat so . which obviously made it messy as some people seem to be spilling over the sides so you were stood in other peoples waste. i spoke witgh a few of the other caravan people who also said this would be their first and last visit but dont let me be the judge and put you off.
