The park itself is beautiful and it's in a lovely remote location, very quiet and scenic. It was such a treat to come back to a cosy lodge and hot tub at the end of the day, after spending the day visiting some of the attractions that are a short distance away. We had some surprise visits over the weekend from the wildlife in the area!! Mostly the ducks, but they weren't a bother to us at all. The food at the pub on site was lovely and reasonabley priced and the staff were brillant, they were helpful and very approachable just to have a chat with. I would highly recommended staying here and I wouldn't say no to coming back here myself if i have the opportunity.
