We love this place! The views are so tranquil and relaxing... The facilities and the staff are really good. Only down side is they have a £100 holding fee (I thought!) if you break any of the rules, noise after 10 etc. which I am happy to accept. Only trouble is, they actually debit the amount straightaway and refund it back to you in a weeks time. I think this is a disgusting and unfair system. We did nothing wrong and yet I have to wait a week before I get it back!!! I thought that they kept your card details to debit from it if we did something wrong but no, they take it now. They need to change this as it's not fair at all. A very disappointing end to what was a beautiful weekend.
