1 booked lodge with hot tub only to be informed 1 hour before arrival that hot tub wasn’t working
2 the lodge had cobwebs every where hadn’t been cleaned properly
3 the gas job didn’t work properly
4 not suitable for some one in a. Wheel chair which put my wife at risk
