They will not accept returns on new items because they keep the emails going for months.
The t-shirt I ordered was supposed to be a medium but its gigantic. Upon further review the bag and sku that it came in said XL. Did they change the label to get rid of a XL? The second item was also extremely large and the fabric was not pleasant. It also smelt like cigarettes. The third item was tolerable at best so I decided to keep it. Total was over $70 so I wanted to return the 2 un-wearable items. The customer service department and I have gone back and forth over email 10 times. They keep asking the same questions over and over. They will not provide return instructions so I feel if I send it back they will mysteriously never get it or say it’s suddenly say it’s not returnable, even tho tags are on and never worn.
My advise. Stay away. If you do order plan on eating the cost if you don’t like it. The clothes are crappy and don’t look the same as the do on the models.
