a terrible place to for customer support, all nice and flours, until the cant send you what you paid for, on that the will live it all on you and force you into cancellation with no accountability.
waited for an item for over 2 months and all they could offer was cancellation. no even an alternative , no coupon for the wait, the just don't care about customers its all gain gain and no accountability.
