I ordered an armoire and bed frame both together and within 12 hours I decided not go with armoire because it is being available for 45% less on Amazon. Immediately I called Wayfair and told the person that i want to put a cancel order on the armoire and continue with the bedframe. She was nice and put a cancel order for me when I am on call and said I will be refunded. By the time of my calling I received only part of order which is bed frame only was shipped email notification so she said this cancel order will go through. But in the next 12 hours I received an item shipped an delivered notification for the armoire where i was shocked and surprised to see that because I didn't even get a shipped notification on it yet.And I didn't see it in my Lobby or infront of door nowhere. So I called Wayfair and told about not seeing this package he said give it a 6 days period since the delivery date. So I waited until 8 days and called he said ok I am putting a return order on it/ Cancel and we will transfer ur case to case manager and go from there. I said ok hoping to get my 350$ back. Later that evening I received a call form very far neighbors telling about my package lying there in their lobby. So i went i pick it ip, since I dont want it and dont want to give the wayfair loss, I called Wayfair and told them that this package is arraived several blocks down to my own and I had it carry it by my self without any heavy packages lifting tools and requested a refund. The lady was telling me I need to bear the return charges 100$ for returning it. I was so mad why should I bear the return charges the three people who spoke to me before they all said it will be a free return and now she is telling me my return fee is 100$. I genuinely felt taht I should have leave the package right there where it was delivered and take my money calmly from Wayfair. This is my first time business with Wayfair and worst worst nightmare ever. After all done and finally I fought with them that I dont pay return fee and all the manager said ok will refund full and i was happy as finally my 15 days frustration coming to end but I saw it was refunded as a store credit. AGAIN i had to call them and beg/ fight to refund it to my Credit card. So it took five phone calls and 16 days frustrating period to me along with carrying 177LBS package all by myself which is from half a Mile distance building. So guys, please save your time and mental helath from these nightmare business portal. Dont get caught in to depression tsunami by doing business with Them.
