I was due a delivery today which I'd taken the day off work for. I was told I'd have my delivery slot sent to me on the day of delivery, but not received anything and it's 2pm already.
I contacted Wayfair who said there was a delay and I would receive an update tomorrow.
I wasn't told about this delay until I contacted Wayfair, and now I find that I've wasted an annual leave day from work.
Not acceptable, and won't be ordering here again.
