If I could give no stars - NEGATIVE STARS!!!!I Believe me I would. I have spent thousands of dollars over the past years at Wayfair. Recently, I had an order pending for a deck box and when checking status on my order, I saw that my charges were higher than I thouhgt. I thought it was on sale... So I called. I was told no, I ordered it at full price, which is weird because I normally don't do that, and I had not checked my confirmation email.. and so I pulled it up and It did reflect the full price. Then I started looking around their website and found that same item, posted 4 different ways. And on sale on all 4 posts. so I asked if they could change my order to reflect that sale price. Not only was my request refused, i was treated so badly i was shocked. I was going to cancel my order but after I hung up, I changed my mind, I really was looking forward to getting the deck box..I decided to keep it. I went on their website and tried to cancel that order cancellation, at LEAST 5 times, and kept getting an error message. OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG..... The system would not allow me cancel. I let UPS know - I wouldn't be home for any pick up and I had tried to stop the cancelation. Fast forward - I tried to place an order a few weeks ago for some bamboo fencing. I have found that I am now blocked on the Wayfair website. A friend of mine knew i was planning on the fencing and i told her about being blocked. She said she wanted to order it for me for my birthday. She ordered it to be delivered to my address and her order was canceled. No notice & no reason was given. Then she reordered it to be delivered to her own address.That order was canceled,as well.. No notice & no reason. They will not give her an explanation for why her orders are getting cancelled. Her association with me is what i thknk and I feel bad. I have no problem going elsewhere to shop.. I actually found the same product for less just yesterday! Wayfair does not deserve my money. They can block me all they want. But they don't have to do it to other people because of me. And I will give as many bad reviews as I possibly can.. any opportunity that comes up... I do share this story at every opportunity.. I am an excellent customer. I know this because I Have been in customer service my entire career. I provide excellent customer service now at my place of employment. I would NEVER EVEN CONSIDER treating customers the way I've been treated by Wayfair. Worst. Service. Ever. Unethical. Waste of time, money, and good energy. I can spend all that somewhere else.
