I was shipped faulty goods which were not possible to assemble.
I attempted to speak to customer service about the issue and ask for a refund and they could come to collect the item.
They simply said drowned out the chat by saying:
"The customer has ended this conversation."

"The customer has ended this conversation."
It was "Kimberly" who was the agent.
Really disgraceful behaviour, they have shipped faulty goods and expect customers to simply put up with it.
