Item ordered, all went well until they had to actually send it out. Delivery driver falsified the delivery attempt 1. Asked to try again next day, didn't arrive, called again, was told there is a delay in shipping, requested it to be cancelled, got tired of chasing. Called the following day, was told "we don't have any note to cancel". The unit arrives finally, only to be left outside in the main hallway of the apartment block, no call or note to let me know they left it. Called up again only to be told "ooops doesn't look like the courier got the message".
Finally raised a returns note and they have the audacity to charge me a return fee. This is still on going. Still waiting for a refund.
