Bought and paid item on the 12th and get a delivery date of the 22nd which I thought was poor. It doesn’t arrive on the 22nd so ask for a refund and get told no as it has been dispatched and instead get a delivery date of 29th. Rang Wayfair and they said I can’t get a refund until I refuse receipt on the 29th. It doesn’t arrive on the 29th. Tracking link says “this page cannot be displayed”. Rang again and they say they can’t process refund until 1st June and send me an email stating they are sending a replacement which I don’t want. Finally got refund on the 6th
