I ordered a hybrid matters from Wayfair which was in stock at the time of the order. A week after the delivery due date, I called and was told the mattress was out of stock. Customer Service told me they would get back to me when the mattress will ship. I didn’t hear from them and so after waiting another week, I called and was told the date when the mattress will be in stock and was given a new delivery date. The website listed the mattress as in stock on the date I was told the mattress was going to be in stock and it was available for new orders. Few days past the new delivery date, I received an email stating the mattress was out of stock and the new delivery date is now 3 months out. What is really frustrating is that Wayfair took new orders for the mattress rather than fulfilling the backlog from previous orders. If you want to have your order delivered on time and avoid Customer Service runaround order elsewhere. I never had this issue with Amazon.
