I made a purchase on Sept 3, with an estimated delivery date of October 2. Now the potential delivery date is as late as January.
1. the customer service operators read from a script and do not have accurate information.
2. estimated delivery date are grossly wrong
3. there is no phone call or email to alert you of a change in delivery date
4. when you bring this all to the attention of managers, the big solution is to cancel your order
