Wayfairer organising my first ever solo trip. From the initial conversations with Malcolm to understand my preferences and interests to a plan that clearly reflected I had been listened to. This was my second trip to Japan so having a chance to explore new places and experience fresh aspects of it was wonderful. Even better, it was completely stress free and not restrictive at all. The right balance of planned activities and time to myself, especially as I’m usually an independent traveller and don’t enjoy crowds. Every location was well selected. I loved every activity, in particular the calligraphy lesson. It instilled an unusual sense of calm and focus. Food recommendations were fantastic and the accommodation in Matsumoto was beautiful - I could have stayed there. I would easily ask for your help again to help me continue exploring Japan or perhaps other places. Thank you.
