If I could give it less than one star, that would be generous. Website has items in stock I wanted to buy. However the shop staff wouldn't sell them to me. "They're not shop stock". "But the website is Wayland Games" "Yes". "The shop is also Wayland Games". "Yes". "But you won't sell them to me". "No". "If I place the order on the website here and now, pay for it and use the option to collect in store, will someone go to the warehouse and bring me the order?" "No". "How long would it take?" "Depends on how busy they are". Utter, utter shambles. It was not busy at the time of my visit, and I saw three other staff members doing nothing.
