Ordered heating oil and date to be delivered. No email or text day before agreed delivery. Made contact to be informed that my delivery would be the next day even told them I would be out of oil. No still waiting for delivery at 1130 am for delivery with plumber here waiting to bleed system after delivery at a cost of £50. Outside temperature is 1c and house very cold. Bad service from start to finish. Never use again.
