My name is Margaret Keeton I am 92 years old, an invalid, with carers coming in to help me. Today the heating and hot water was not coming on and I realised I had forgotten to order my heating oil. My nieces husband Dale came to my rescue and called Chandlers for an emergency delivery and was told there was no chance until the middle of next week !! We then made alternative arrangements and will receive a delivery tomorrow. The Keeton family have been loyal customers for over 40 years, needless to say I will not order from Chandlers again. Chandlers advertise on their website that they do next day emergency deliveries and clearly they do not - shame on you Chandlers ???
