Trustpilot Review of Western Digital UK Worst customer experience ever Ordered 2x western digital gold hard drives on the 1/1/21, after 5 days had an email saying not in stock and due to brexit don’t know when they will be in ,so phoned up to cancel. After another 5 days get an email saying they are on there way, immediately ring and say I’ve cancelled, call centre say “ you cannot cancel “ So this is what you have to do ,when the drives arrive I “refuse delivery “ (ups courier) and then the parcel gets sent back to western digital ,not uk but goes to Netherlands, i have tracked parcel and it’s still in uk ( 8 days and counting )so nearly £300 down ,at the moment all because nobody can pick up the phone to stop a order,!!!
