The taste is amazing! I'm working full time, with 4 kids. These are super easy to pop into my bag for some on the run nutrition. Also, being on a Low-FODMAP diet, I haven't had any issues. Will be purchasing BOXES in the future. My favorite Collagen bars are the Cashew Shortbread and the Hazlenut Brownie. I can't decide between the Beef Bars. They ARE better than Jerky.
