Ive paid my insurance on my mobile phone, and now the time has come where im having to claim on my insurance, hence excatly the reason i took the policy out in the first place, incase of such eventuality! But,.. I can NOT get through to any so sure representive to deal with the matter in hand! I feel very much a victim of crime comitted by yourselves against me, by taking money off me under false pretences! I feel that there was no intention to reemburse me for my phone, and that even though i took ALL necessary precautions to be compensated or given another replacement, yet i am still without a phone or any sense from 'so sure' !!! If i do not hear from a representitive or employee within the next 24hrs, you will have forced my hand into legal action taken out against yourselves, if this matter is not or can not be resolved as easy as it should have! Also, i will be contacting trading standards, and the ombudsman regarding this matter! If you can get in touch asap regarding this matter, i would very much appreciate the effort, thank you.
