Amazing customer service. My parcel got delivered to the wrong address by fault of the courier. They responded in minutes to my email and sorted it out. They also told me that they had only just started trialling this courier and that they have now decided to not use them anymore. My replacement goods were sent immediately with 1st class Royal Mail. The product is great too. Great company all around.
