I felt I needed to change the review below because the response of Wearth has been very professional and met my expectations from a company that is trying its best to take care of the environment. Although I keep my opinion regarding the Panda pillow, customer services very promptly contacted the providers and kept me informed at every step of the way. The complaint led to a review of their policies regarding the articles that they advertise on their website and the pillow was consequently removed. It looks as if they are prepared to accept and learn from any mistake and this is duly appreciated. I was offered a refund which I decided to decline as the pillows are in use and if sent back they might end up in the landfill anyway not making things any better. I appreciate their very good customer service and I trust that I can buy items from this company in the future. "I am disappointed that this company, marketing as thoughtful about the environment, can source a misleading product. I forgot that in the past I bought a Panda shower cap labeled as recyclable that in the end had a small percentage of bamboo and the rest was polyester. This time I bought 2 pillows, quite expensive, branded as bamboo and sustainable. In reality, bamboo is 40% of the cover. The rest is all polyester. The memory foam took a week to smell less (it still smells, despite an extra cover, pillowcase and essential oils) I will not buy again from this company."
