Wearth replied to my following review very promptly stating that my order is a preorder and expected to arrive in September therefore why it's on sale and it does state this on the website. This is why I have changed my review but still disappointed that it's such a wait for a toothbrush. - - - - - I never received my order which I placed on the 18th May 2020. I put the delay down to covid but the order is still not here and it's now the 26/07/20. I never received an order confirmation at the time so have no order number but the transaction is on my PayPal account and the money was taken.
