Got windows and doors from them, seal broke within a year on kitchen window. Front door glass is unsealed at the bottom so rain pours in. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to use, their salesmen are full of it, shame the windows don’t live up to their hype. They tried to put the payments up and actually sent a big guy round to our house and said if we didn’t pay the increased price (we had agreed and signed for the amount) the boss would come round and take his windows back, absolute scummy way to treat people. They won’t come out to fix windows until you pay £90, if they decide it’s our fault they get to keep the money. Offered us cashback which took months because there was nobody there to sign it off.
