Not yet received the item but that's because the review request has come a day after ordering so this review is about my experience to date and primarily about the online contact with the company rep. This person was very prompt to reply to questions and never pressured me into one thing or another. Asked relevant questions (albeit basic questions as my requirements are basic) and listened to my thoughts on what I would like. Asked if he might make a suggestion and detailed something that he felt would meet all my needs. I looked into the item and decided to purchase it. Of course ultimately it relies on the product performing to the expected standard when it arrives which I anticipate to be in the next day or so. I'm a competent DIYer and was treated as such. So far a great level of service and good value. Including free P&P.
