I hired WebArtistry Pro to create a website for my small bakery and while the site looks professional, it’s just not what I wanted. I provided them with a rough sketch of my vision, but the final design doesnt match it at all. They kept asking for feedback during the process but I was busy at the bakery to respond quickly for just two days. When they delivered the site I realized I forgot to mention a few key features. I wanted a pop up for daily specials. Now I feel like the site is incomplete and its frustrating because I paid for it. I guess I should have been more involved in the process but I expected them to just know what I wanted cuz its their job. Maybe I am just not good at explaining things but I still feel let down.
