Extremely frustrating experience with Webcraft Pro. I've been trying to obtain my EEP code to transfer my domain (revaltek.com) to a new hosting provider, but my requests continue to be ignored. My business email has not worked since March. The login credentials they gave me for the email admin panel don't work, and I’ve had zero access to my email since then. I received a text from Noah, one of the owners, who said he would send the EEP code — but nothing ever came, and there’s been no follow-up communication. Noah also claimed the email is working “on their end” — but that doesn’t help me. I checked my email again this morning, and it’s still completely down. I’ve been given no proof that it's working, and if it is working on their end, then why isn’t it working on mine? I’ve now had to file a formal complaint with ICANN. This level of service is unacceptable — it feels like they’re holding my domain hostage. Do not trust this company with your website or email.
