At first they provide us with a great service through our web developer Ellie, then the developer and the company had a labor dispute and our website disappear. I spoke with John Clinton and Jason from the company and they promised to resolve the issue or reimburse us. At the end they disappear and after numerous messages they basically abandon us. We lost $3500 that we paid to the WEBDESIGNCENTRIC plus $15000 in marketing, we were only asking for the $3500 and still they did not respond. Do not deal with them since they are not willing to step up and take responsibility.
