In addition, they added services like trademarking and SEO that I did not request or authorize, and when I tried to address these issues, they refused to issue a refund, despite the fact that the website was incomplete and not as promised. This company has also been associated with other shady practices, including changing their name and creating new profiles to avoid accountability. If you value transparency, quality, and integrity in a business relationship, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
