Without much working experience in the digital world, I was tolerated, & yes even laughed at. Plus, I never received the two months of free marketing I was baited with. Where they make their money is in keeping a steady flow of new clients. Get in new clients, work as quickly as possible to get website done , then enroll them in Maisters monthly marketing plan. I get it.. I was definitely not their average client. I asked too many questions, I didn't always understand the concepts they were using. My generation are digital immigrants not digital natives. Honestly, I would have appreciated them saying they couldn't help me than to tell me over & over that I was ok. End result, website still has mistakes & now " crickets". No free anything. Stressful & difficult experience.
