Bought an Iphone 14 pro in Jan 23 after trading in old iphone 11.
Total cast £925 less trade in £210 , so paid £715.
The phone suddenly stopped working and after consulting both Apple support and Vodafone I was told my phone was blacklisted - it was a stolen phone.
I requested my money back and was told That I could only get vouchers and the value of these was far lower than what i had paid.
The shop was not able to exchange my phone to another phone with the same quality eg. Storage and quality. I am disgusted with CEX
