You sent out a PS4 without clearly full testing it . It arrived without the Controller usb lead which is required at the start of set up. So we borrowed a cable. Plugged it into the ps4 and controller and it would not accept it. So we then borrowed a controller and still the ps4 would not display the set up screen . Worst of all you can’t telephone CEX to sort it out. You have to fill in a on line form that says it can take 72 hours for them to reply. Not happy.
