Its a funny thing, i wasn't looking forward to the experience of trying to trade in our van, I expected problems and am very pleased to say there were none at all. I gave as much information about the condition of our 14 year old Nuevo as well as the price i was looking for. I wasn't looking to barter, so gave a price that i felt was reasonable. James was good to deal with, asking relevant questions. We agreed a price. 2 days later, Alistair the tech, came to inspect our van. Very good manner and pleasant to deal with. He found the van as i had indicated. 10 minutes later, funds were in my account. I accept they have to make a margin and was more than happy not to have several private buyers turning up at the house. We are both sad to see our van go and are now looking for a new (to us) 4 berth. Highly recommended.
