Within 4 days of purchase I requested the cancellation and refund. They simply ignored my request. In addition they take more than 2 days to respond each request. I definitely do not recommend they are not honest. I seek an alternative and found ALVARO MERTENS Team who gave me access to my target phone with just the target phone numbers only without me touching the target phone
